Michael and Beatrice were fantastic. I originally walked around the high street contenplating to get a full head shave but changed my mind. Even though they didn’t have to, they kindly recommended what I could do with my hair and go to the barbers next door, who were great as well. I went back to Michael’s to show them how their advice turned out, and that genuine gesture convinced me to get braids done, something they never pushed or tried to sell me on. Beatrice was a pleasure to talk to, and the whole experience felt honest and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience. 10/10. I would definitely come back, whether to get my hair done or even just for advice.
